SHIPPING

Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

  • Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout

Shipping Time:

  • Domestic: 3-5 business days

Shipping Carriers:

  • We use USPS for all domestic shipments.

Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • The Art of Clothing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

  • The Art of Clothing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Returns and Refunds:

Return Policy

1. Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

2. Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards

We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

5. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

6. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

7. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
