Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high‑volume periods (product drops, holidays, or preorder releases), processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location. Once shipped, most orders arrive within:

Please note: delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or seasonal volume.
Pre‑Order Items
If your order includes a pre‑order item, the entire order will ship once the pre‑order item is ready. Estimated ship windows for pre‑orders will be listed on the product page. These dates are estimates and may shift slightly due to production timelines.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist with a claim.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Eligibility Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Non‑Returnable Items
For hygiene and production reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Return Process
To start a return, contact us at alexblack21239@yahoo.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our end (wrong item, defective item, etc.).
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue store credit or a refund according to your preference.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance with delivery issues.
